High-mole-mass linear polydimethyl siloxane

SiLIM silicone gum 101 Methyl is of high-mole-mass linear Polydimethyl siloxane, which is designed particularly to various production saying HCR master batches, reinforced and diluted fillers for silicone elastomers as well as plastics and organic elastomers. By being used together with Methyl Vinyl silicone gum it is able to make high‐tear‐strength, low hardness or sponge silicone rubber.

MAIN FEATURES:

1) High consistency and low volatile content.

2) Excellent heat resistance up to maximum 200℃.

3) Reliable even after long storage.

4) High level of filler acceptance.

APPLICATIONS:

1) HCR master batches with colored pigments or processing additives.

PRODUCT SAFETY AND STORAGE:

Shelf life is generally 36 months under good storage condition since the date of manufacturing.

Keep the goods under room temperature in original unopened container (temperature range suggested to be ‐20 °C/ ‐4 °F ~ 50 °C/ 122 °F). Storage condition under cool, away from direct sunlight and high temperature is proposed.
